摘　　要：为了使医学教育培养出来的各层次医学人才能够很好地满足人们的医疗健康需求,某医学院近年来以医学生的实践能力培养为主线,积极探索,构建了"一二五"工作模式。确立"以学生为本,一切为了学生"的工作理念,狠抓医学生"职业道德教育"和"人文素质教育"两项教育内容,培养医学生的人文执业、临床实践、就业创业、科技创新、自我管理五项能力。通过革新理念,开拓思路,改进工作方法,使学生工作取得了初步成效,全面提升医学生素质。In order to make the medical education at all levels of medical talents could well meet the demands of people＇ health, a medical college took the medical students practice ability training as principle in recent years, actively explored and set up the working pattern of ＂One, Two, Five＂ , in which, one is the work concept of ＂taking the student as center, all for the students＇, two means the two education of ＂ethical education＂ and ＂humanis- tic quality education＂, five means the five abilities： ＂ humanistic practice ability＂, ＂clinical practice ability＂, ＂ career - orientation and pioneering - work＂, ＂ scientific and technological innovation＂ and ＂ self - management＂. Through innovative ideas, improve work method, the student work has achieved initial success, and have enhanced medical students comprehensive quality.
