摘　　要：同种异体器官移植中面临的问题包括:供体的身心损害如何保障;精神病人和未成年人在器官捐献上存在道德难题;死亡的判定问题;人工流产死胎器官捐赠的问题等。解决这些问题的对策包括:改变传统观念,树立新的生死观;加强伦理审查力度,切实保护捐献者利益;建立器官供体合理补偿机制;完善器官捐献管理制度,加强公众宣传。In allogeneic organ transplantation, there are some problems including： how to reduce the donoriphysical and mental damage ; ethical problems exist in the organ donation of mental patient and juveniles ; the decision problem of death ; problems of abortion stillbirth organ donation, etc. The countermeasures to solve these problems include： changing traditional ideas, setting up a new view; strengthening the ethical review, effectively protecting the interests of the donors; establishing a organ donor reasonable compensation mechanism; improving the system of organ donation management and strengthening the propaganda to the public.
