Job satisfaction and its influencing factors among managers in a Sino-Japanese joint venture

摘  要:目的探讨广州市某中日合资汽车制造业管理员工作满意度及其影响因素。方法对288名某中日合资汽车制造业管理员,采用职业紧张指标测量工具(OSI)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和社会支持问卷(SRRS)进行测试。结果管理员工作满意度得分为(50.90±9.14)分,其中51.4%的管理员对目前的工作比较满意,48.6%的管理员对工作感到不太满意;回归分析表明,经历与成就、社会支持总分和积极应对是工作满意度的预测变量。结论某中日合资企业管理员工作满意水平较低,经历与成就、社会支持和应对方式对工作满意度存在着影响。[ Objective] To investigate job satisfaction and its influencing factors among managers in a Sino-Japanese joint venture of automobile manufacturing in Guangzhou City. [ Methods ] The Occupational Stress Indictor ( OSI ), Simplified Coping Style Ques-tionnaire ( SCSQ ) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were applied to investigate 288 managers in this joint venture. [Results] The scores of job satisfaction were {50.90± 9.14} , in which 51.4% managers were satisfied with their current jobs and 48. 6% managers were unsatisfied. Regression analysis showed that experiences and achievements, the scores of social support and the active coping were predictors of job satisfaction. [ Conclusion] It is concluded that the level of job satisfaction of managers in this Sino-Japanese joint venture is low, and experiences and achievements, social support and coping style have influence on managers' job satisfaction .
