护生实习期间职业防护相关研究分析

摘　　要：护理行业的特殊性决定了护士经常暴露于各种危险之中。近年来临床护士的自身防护越来越受到关注。临床实习是以培养护理专业学生独立工作能力为主要目的的综合培养和全面实践训练的教育阶段,是护理学生走向工作岗位必须经历的一个阶段。护生作为护理教育的特殊群体,在实习期间和临床护士一起暴露在职业危险因素之中。作者通过查阅相关文献和资料,拟通过相关分析综述了护生实习期间面临的主要职业病危害、主要的职业防护行为指导、职业防护认知及现状概况,护生职业防护教育与培训现状,为进一步开展护生实习期间职业防护研究提供基础,以期对其他研究护生职业防护问题的研究者提供有益参考和借鉴。The specificity of nursing profession determines that nurses constantly expose to all kinds of dangers. Clinical nurses ＇ self-protection have attracted more attentions in recent years. Clinical internship is an educational stage and comprehensive cultiva-tion which focuses on all-round practice which focuses on fostering the student nurses＇ independent competency. It is also a neces-sary stage for student nurses to adapt to the working post. As the special community of nursing education, student nurses also ex-pose to occupational risk factors during the internship together with clinical nurses. According to lots of related references and ana-lyses, the paper tries to present the following aspects during the internship： the main occupational risks, the guidance on occupa-tional protection, student nurses＇ recognition and present situation of the occupational protection and the education and the present situation of training on occupational protection. It will lay the foundation for further research on student nurses ＇ occupational protec-tion during the internship so as to provide some beneficial references for other researchers who major in occupational protection.
