两种口服磷酸钠盐清洁肠道方法的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较两种口服磷酸钠盐方法清洁肠道的效果，寻求有效和安全的肠道准备方法。方法将2012年4—5月解放军总医院国际医学中心行结肠镜检查的243例受检者纳入调查，随机分为两组，观察组127人，对照组116人，观察组检查前一日晚口服酚酞片0.2g，检查当日晨服用磷酸钠盐口服溶液45ml。对照组检查前一日晚及检查当日晨各服用磷酸钠盐口服溶液45ml。比较两组受检者的饮水量、肠道清洁度、肠道准备中不良反应及排便次数。结果两组受检者中观察组肠道准备合格率为98.4%，对照组肠道准备合格率为99.1%，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.0062，P=0.937）；观察组总饮水量为（2111.5±209.0）ml，对照组为（3065.5±250.2）ml，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（t=13.087，P=0.000）。对照组肠道准备过程中排便次数为（11.9±2.0）次，发生不良反应共53人次，观察组排便次数为（6.1±1.2）次，发生不良反应共计24人次，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（t=11.113，χ2=15.67；P〈0.0001）。结论改良磷酸钠盐口服溶液口服方法简便，能达到清洁肠道效果，受检者饮水量减少，不良反应少。Objective To compare the efficacy of two methods of oral administration of fleet phosphosoda laxative in the bowel preparation for colonoscopy, so as to discuss the effective method with less adverse reaction. Methods Totals of 243 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group took oral phenolphthalein tablets with the doses of 0.2 g in the night before check, and took oral fleet phospho-soda laxative with doses of 45 ml on the check day morning, while the control group took oral fleet phospho-soda laxative with the doses of 45 ml respectively in the night before check day and the morning of check day. The quantity drinking water, intestinal cleanliness and adverse reaction in two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the qualification rate of intestinal cleanliness（98.4% vs 99. 1%, χ^2 = 0. 0062,P = 0. 937）. Water quantity [（2111. 5 ± 209. 0） ml vs （3 065.5±250.2） ml, t = 13. 087,P = 0. 000 ] and defecation frequency [ （6.1 ±1.2） vs （ 11.9 ± 2.0）, t = 11. 113,P 〈 0.000 1 ] in the observation group were all less than that in the control group,as well as the incidence of adverse [ 24 vs 53, χ2 = 15.67, P 〈 0. 0001 ]. Conclusions The method that take oral fleet phospho-soda laxative once is simple, convenient and feasible with fewer side effects, higher comfort. This method is so especially suitable for the old, hypertension and diabetes patients.
