摘  要:为了获取不同刀具-刀柄组合对应的刀尖点频响函数,采用子结构响应耦合方法预测刀尖点频响函数.在该方法中,子结构之间结合部的建模和参数辨识是须要着重考虑的问题.以均匀分布的弹簧、阻尼模拟刀具-刀柄结合部之间的柔性联接,采用实验和仿真相结合的方法辨识刀具-刀柄结合部的刚度和阻尼系数.根据子结构响应耦合方法,采用刀具-刀柄结合部之间均匀分布的弹簧、阻尼模型,可预测不同夹持长度的刀具-刀柄组合的铣刀刀尖点频响函数.预测结果与实测结果比较相符,证明了本方法的有效性和正确性.To predict frequency response function (FRF) of the tool point for different combinations of tool and holder about milling cutters, receptance coupling substructure analysis (RCSA) method was applied, in which dynamic characteristics of the joints between substructures were considered. Espe- cially, uniform distributed spring and damper elements were used to simulate dynamic characteristics of the joint between tool and holder. Experiment and simulation method were applied to identify stiff- ness and damp coefficients of the joint between tool and holder. By the proposed model and RCSA method, FRF of the tool point for different combinations of tool and holder with varying clamping length can be predicted. The predicted result matches well with experimental result, which demon- strates effectivity and correctness of the proposed method.
