银翘解毒软胶囊制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选银翘解毒软胶囊内容物处方及制备工艺。方法采用正交试验L9(34)法,以内容物沉降体积比和黏度等为考察指标,确定银翘解毒软胶囊处方及制备工艺。结果以大豆油为稀释剂,药材提取物粉末过120目筛,加入5%蜂蜡、3%聚山梨酯80制得的内容物混悬液最为稳定。结论所制得的软胶囊工艺稳定,质量可控,适用于工业生产。Objective To optimize the content prescription and preparation technology of Yinqiao Jiedu Soft Capsule. Methods Formula and preparation technology were evaluated by viscosity and sedimentation volume ratio of the contents and optimized by L9（34） orthogonal test. Results Soybean oil was chosen as the diluent and extracting powder was passed through 120-mesh sieve. The prescription containing 5% beeswax as suspending agent and 3% Polysorbate 80 as moistening agent showed the best stability. Conclusion The preparation technology for Yinqiao Jiedu Soft Capsule is stable and the quality is controllable. It is suitable for industrial production.
