消化内科实习医生国际化人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：通过对医学生进行消化内科英文原版教材授课,实行"标准化病人"及PBL模式教学,参加国际门诊临床实习,增加消化科相关的病理、检验、影像知识学习及胃镜模拟操作练习,以及增设"14日笔记"制度、"开门见山"患者管理制度、"优秀医生"胸卡佩戴制度等,加强医学生的国际化感悟,拓展了他们国际化的思维模式,增强了学习的主动性、积极性及临床技能,为培养高质量的医学复合型人才奠定坚实的基础。By teaching medical students with the original English textbook of gastroenterology,by implementation of the ＂standard patients＂ and PBL teaching mode,by the practice in the international out-patient clinic,by the enlargement of knowledge in pathology,laboratory test,image study as well as gastroendoscopic exercises,and by adding ＂14 days＇ notes＂, ＂simple and straight patient management system＂ and ＂good doctor＇s card wearing system＂ , all of which have expanded the international mode of thinking in medical students. Thereafter,these actions enhanced learning initiative,enthusiasm and clinical skills of medical students,and will lay a solid foundation for the development of high-quality medical talents.
