E-cadherin和γ-catenin的表达与胃癌侵袭转移的关系

摘　　要：目的研究E-钙黏附素(E-cad)和γ-连环素(γ-cat)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌侵袭转移的关系。方法用SP免疫组织化学方法检测45例胃癌组织及20例癌旁组织中E-cad和γ-cat的表达。结果胃癌组织中E-cad和γ-cat的阳性率均显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。E-cad和γ-cat的表达均与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移、是否有远处器官转移密切相关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中E-cad和γ-cat的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 E-cad,γ-cat的表达在胃癌演进、浸润及侵袭转移等方面起着重要作用,检测其表达对胃癌的早期诊断和预后有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To study tile expression of E-eadherin（E-cad） and r-tcatenin（r-cat） in gastric cancer,and the relation- ship between their expression and the invasion and metastasis of gastric： cancer. Methods SP Immunohistoehemistry method was used to de- tect the expression of E-cad and r-cat in 45 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of adjacent normal gastric tissue. Results The expression of E-cad and 3,-cat in gastric＇ cancer was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal gastric tissue（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of E-cad and r-cal was closely related with the differentiatial degree and depth of tumor invasion,clinical stage,lymphoid metastases and distant organ me- tastasis of gastric＇ cancer ;The expression of E-cad and r-cat in gastric cancer was positively correlated （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expres- sion of E-cad and r-cat plays an importanl role in progression,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer,and the detection of E-cad and r-eat has important clinical application value in predicting the degree of malignancy and prognosis of gastric cancer.
