摘　　要：目的探讨血小板表达的P-选择素对B16细胞分泌血小板源性生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)的影响。方法将B16细胞分别与C57小鼠和P-选择素敲除小鼠的血小板共培养,采用ELISA法检测上清中PDGF的浓度。结果B16细胞与C57小鼠的血小板共培养的血清中PDGF-AA、PDGF-AB、PDGF-BB的浓度与P-选择素敲除小鼠的血小板共培养的血清中浓度无明显差异。结论血小板表达的P-选择素对B16细胞分泌PDGF无影响。Purpose To investigate the effect of platelet P-selectin on platelet-derived growth factor secreted by B16 cells. Methods B16 cells were co-cultured with the platelets of C57 mice and P-selectin knockout mice, then PDGF concentration in the supernatant was detected by ELISA. Result There was no difference of the PDGF concentration secrected by the platelets of C57 mice and P-se- lectin knockout mice. Conclusion Platelet P-selectin had no significant effect on PDGF secreted by B16 ceils.
