摘　　要：本文基于反歧视理论的视角,从年龄歧视的原因、社会制度、人口结构等方面分析了当代中国年龄歧视问题,创新性地提出了青少年儿童在家庭和社会中存在的年龄歧视现象。并从加强反歧视立法、推动社会充分就业、借鉴国外反年龄歧视的经验等方面提出了相关社会工作服务策略。In this paper,based on the anti-discrimination theory perspective,from age discrimination,social systems,and population structure analysis of age discrimination in contemporary China,put forward in-novative young children in the family and social phenomenon of age discrimination.Conducted a questionnaire survey of 107 people in Wuhan,the survey showed that some members of the public in the process of production and life are generally subject to different aspects of age discrimination.Social work services strategy and strengthen anti-discrimination legislation to promote full employment in society,and to learn from the experience of foreign anti-age discrimination.
