幼儿园选用教材及教师指导用书的现状与存在问题分析——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：此研究对湖南省幼儿园教师选用教材及教师指导用书的来源、种类、接受相关培训、实际采用比重、满意程度等方面的调查显示,当前幼儿园教师仍然十分依赖教材及教师指导用书,但所选用的教材及教师指导用书来源较为单一,种类不丰富,培训不充分,实际采用的比重偏高,满意度一般,园内外的行政干预较深,同时存在着较为显著的城乡差距。从提高幼儿园教育质量,促进每个儿童身心健康和谐发展的角度而言,教育行政或教研部门及幼儿园自身都应进一步加强幼儿园课程资源建设,以改变过度依赖教材及教师指导用书的现状,并应尽可能减少园内外行政干预,建立教师自我评价和选用教学资源制度;加强培训,丰富教研,提高教师把握课程的能力,同时还应加大对涉农地区幼儿园的扶持,缩小地域差距。The research on the status of kindergartens＇ teaching materials and teachers＇ guide books .in Hunan province showed that the kindergarten teachers still rely on teaching materials and teachers＇ guide books extremely. But the resource was single, the content was poor, the training on how to use the materials was inadequate, and the administrative inter- vention was deep. The teachers were not very satisfied with the materials and books and there was great difference between kindergartens in cities and counties. The government and the kindergarten should pay more attention to the construction of curriculum resources, give teachers real professional autonomy, and support the development of kindergartens in counties.
