摘　　要：目的探讨D2-40在甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移中的作用。方法采用Envision免疫组织化学两步法检测97例甲状腺乳头状癌和259例结节性甲状腺肿患者D2-40表达,计数微淋巴管密度,分析微淋巴管密度与淋巴结转移间的关系,同时与结节性甲状腺肿患者微淋巴管密度比较。结果 D2-40标记的微淋巴管染色清晰,甲状腺乳头状癌微淋巴管密度及癌栓与淋巴结转移均密切相关(均P<0.01)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移与微淋巴管形成有密切关系,D2-40可作为抑制甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴管形成的标记物。【Objective】 To explore the relationship between D2-40 and lymphatic metastasis in papillary thyroid cancer.【Methods】Micro-lymphatic vessel density was determined and counted by Envision immunohistochemistry using D2-40 monoclonal antibodies in 97 specimens of papillary thyroid cancer and 259 of nodular goiter.The relationship between micro-lymphatic vessel density and lymphatic metastasis was analyzed.【Resluts】Micro-lymphatic vessels were identified imunohistochemically as D2-40-positive.Micro-lymphatic vessel density in papillary thyroid cancer was closely related with lymphatic metastasis.Meanwhile,the cancer embolus in the micro-lymphatic vessel was significantly related with the lymphatic metastasis（P＆lt;0.01）.【Conclusion】The metastasis process of papillary thyroid cancer is associated with the formation of the micro-lymphatic vessel.D2-40 may be a potential marker on the inhibition of the lymphatics formation for papillary thyroid cancer in the future.
