摘　　要：开窍学说是中医脏腑学说从属于脏的一个重要分支,专论脏腑与窍的特殊联系,具有重要的理论与临床实践意义。它肇始于《黄帝内经》,经过历代医家不断补充和发挥,已成为中医基础理论中的一门重要学说,受到古今医家的高度重视。为继承和发扬祖国医学理论,对目窍学说的起源、形成和最新认识进行阐述,以求斧正。Resuscitation theory is an important branch of TCM Zang-Fu theory subordinated to the organs, special links with the orifices on the viscera, with important theoretical and clinical significance. Onset of the Yellow Einperor＇s internal classic, after successive doctors continue to complement and play, has become an important theory of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, ancient and modern medical attention, to inherit and carry for- ward the traditional Chinese medicine theory, is now on the origin, formation and up-to-date knowledge of opening theory described below, so as stated in this treatise.
