高压氧联合神经节苷脂治疗对颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后昏迷患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧联合神经节苷脂治疗颅内动脉瘤术后昏迷患者促醒的疗效。方法选择2009—2011年在我院住院治疗的颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后昏迷患者90例，以常规治疗为对照，进行随机双盲配对试验，观察患者应用高压氧联合神经节苷脂治疗的疗效并进行对比分析。患者术后1周内给予高压氧联合神经节苷脂治疗，于术后、用药后第20天行格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）和临床观察。结果常规组与治疗组（高压氧联合神经节苷脂）对比发现，患者用药后第20天后治疗组促醒率64．5％，明显高于常规治疗组的38．4％（P〈0．05）。结论应用高压氧联合神经节苷脂治疗对颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后昏迷患者有明显促醒疗效。Objective To investigate the awaking effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） therapy com- bined with ganglioside medication on coma patients with postembolization intracranial aneurysm. Methods 90 coma cases with postembolization intracranial aneuryasm were admitted from 2009 to 2011. Routine thera- py served as the control. They were performed double blind randomized paired test. The therapeutic effect of HBO combined with ganglioside medication was oberseved and comparatively analysed. HBO combined with ganglioside medication was performed within 1 week postembolization. Glasgow outcome score and clinical observation were evaluated after embolizatiom and 20 days later. Results Routine group and therapeutic group（HBO combined with ganglioside medication） were compared. It suggested that the awaking rate in therapeutic group（64.5% ） was significantly higher than that in controI group（38.4% ） postembolization 20 days（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion HBO therapy combined with ganglioside medication has remarkable awaking therapeutic effects on postembolization intracranial aneurysm coma patients.
