医学微生物学教学中病毒分类学更新要点分析

摘　　要：病毒学是医学微生物学课程的重要组成部分。在医学微生物学课程改革中，应当加强病毒分类学教学，现有教材中关于病毒分类学的内容亟待更新。本文提出病毒分类学教学要点如下：①生命树上没有病毒的原因；②以国际病毒分类委员会颁布的数据更新病毒分类；③病毒“种”的概念；③病毒命名系统。Virology is an important part in the course of medical microbiology. During the process on course reform of medical microbiology, the teaching of virus taxonomy has been strengthened. Updating the contents of virus taxonomy in the traditional text books is in urgent. This paper summarized four basic outlines for virus taxonomy teaching as follows：~the reason why there is no position for viruses in the phylogenetie tree of life ;① the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses is the only resource to provide the updated data on virus taxonomy;② the definition of viral species;③ the viral nomenclature system.
