摘　　要：对吗替麦考酚酯合成工艺进行了优化研究。以麦考酚酸为起始原料,经酰化、缩合和重结晶制得吗替麦考酚酯成品,HPLC检测纯度高于99.5%,收率大于85%。The paper was aimed to study the synthetic process of Mycophenolate mofetil. Itg prepared with myeophenolate acid as starting material through aeylationg, condensation and re - crystallization. The average yield of myeophenolate mofetil was more than 85% with a purity of 99.5 %.
