摘　　要：基于高效团队的理论基础,选择浙江纺织技术学院健美操竞训团队作为研究对象,对其运行现状进行调查与分析,结合高效团队构建的要素,剖析其取得优异成绩的要因,为健美操竞训团队建设提供理论与实践的支持。Based on the team theory as the foundation, taking Zhejiang textile technology college aerobics competition and training team for the study, the team operation of understanding of the status , in an efficient team evaluation standard of scrutiny of the team, find out Zhejiang textile technology institute for aerobics competition and training team to achieve outstanding results in the elements, for colleagues to provide a construction of competition and train- ing the team will be helpful to the reference volume.
