摘 要:采集1991~2011年中国海港建设FDI和43个主要沿海港口吞吐量数据,运用泰尔指数对中国海港建设FDI区位差异进行测度,并分析区位差异的时间演变特征和演变原因.量化结果显示外商投资金额在各港口群之间的分布不均衡、FDI区位差异很大,但随着时间推移都有减小的趋势,其中港口群间差异比港口群内差异减小的趋势更为明显.分析认为造成海港建设FDI区位演变的原因,主要有世界经济的波动、航运市场的变化、全国政策制度的变迁等宏观的外部因素,也有各港口及所在地区的经济发展水平、社会文化、各地对外开放政策和开放时间等区域方面的因素,同时也有外资企业发展战略和业务规划等企业方面的因素.With collecting the data of FDI on China seaport construction and throughput of 43 China major Seaport from 1991 to 2011, the paper uses Theil index to measure the regional difference of FDI on China seaport construction, and analyzes it's evolution characteristics and evolution reason. Quantitative results show that the amount of foreign investment is uneven in the distribution between the port clusters and the difference of FDI is extreme. But there is a decreasing trend as time goes on, in which the decreasing trend of the differences between port clusters is more obvious than the port clusters' inner differences. The regional evolution of Port FDI is due to macro external factors, such as the world economic fluctuations, shipping market changes, the changes of national policy and so on, but also to the level of economic development of the port area, social culture, opening policy and open time. Moreover, It's also swayed by the development strategy and operational planning of the foreign-invested enterprises.
