摘　　要：提出了1种的车牌图像二次定位方法,在第1次定位中初步找出包含车牌边框的车牌图像区域,再根据车牌边框对车牌图像进行倾斜校正.在此基础上,对车牌图像进行第2次定位,最终获得精确的车牌区域.测试结果表明,车牌图像二次定位方法成功率较高,能够为后续的车牌字符识别打下良好的基础.An arithmetic is proposed based on twice positioning of the license plate. At the iirst position, the license plate image region which contains a license plate frame is found out initially. Then the license plate image tilt correction according to license plate frame is adopted. On this basis ,the image is processed for the second time to get the precise location of the license plate. The experiment shows that the twice location method proposed in this paper has a high success rate,laying a good foundation for character recognition.
