气候责任:何种责任

摘　　要：在气候危机时代,没有责任的担当,就没有气候问题的解决。面对着威胁人类生存的气候问题,国际社会需要以责任伦理为指导分担气候责任,共同应对人类的灾难。当前的气候责任主要体现为:"区别而又共同"的责任、"为后代而在"的责任和"为他者和自者而在"的责任。"区别而又共同"的责任的核心是"区别"责任的履行,也就是要求发达国家要承担更多的责任;"为后代而在"的责任,则要求当代人要从人类社会的可持续发展着想,为后代人多尽一点责任。不管是"区别而又共同"的责任还是"为后代而在"的责任,其实质都是"为他者和自者而在"的责任。In the climate crisis, human don＇t undertake responsibility, climate problem can＇t b solved. Facing the climate prolem endangering the survial of the mankind, the international community needs to take responsibility ehtics as a guide to share the responsibility to jointly cope with human disaster. The current cli- mate responsibility mainly are manifested as ：＂difference and common＂ responsibility, ＂for future generations and in＂ responsibility and ＂for others and self in＂ responsibility. The core of ＂difference and common＂ re- sponsibihty is ＂performance difference＂ responsibility, which requires developed countries to assume more re- sponsibility. ＂For future generations and in＂ responsibility reguires modem people to think from the sustainable development of human society to undertake some responsibility for future. Whether it is ＂the difference and common＂ or ＂for future generations and in the＂ responsibility, its essences is ＂to others and self in＂ responsi- bility.
