摘 要:针对微细孔加工排屑困难、容易产生频繁的非正常放电的技术难题,提出采用UMAC的前瞻控制策略和PLC放电状态实时检测相结合的技术路线。介绍了UMAC前瞻控制的基本原理和具体实现方法,脉冲电源检测与控制接口,微孔加工的轨迹自适应控制。应用表明,采用该技术路线可以实现电火花加工过程的正常放电进给保持、开路快速进给和短路按原轨迹快速回退,并加工出了Ф0.024 mm的微细孔。For the problem of frequent non-normal discharge and chip removal difficult in micro-hole EDM processing, the scheme of the look-ahead control of UMAC combined with PLC real-time discharge states detection is put forward. The fundamental and the specific applied methods of the look-ahead control of UMAC, the pulse power detection and control interface and the adaptive trajectory control of processing of micro-hole are introduced. Application shows that the proposed scheme can implement feed preserving in normal pulse discharge, quick feed in open circuit and quick backward motion along the original trajectory in short circuit. The micro hole with diameter 0.024mm is obtained using the adaptive control strategy.
