我国体育赛事管理教材内容体系研究

摘　　要：运用问卷调查和专家访谈等方法,对我国体育赛事教材的内容体系进行探讨。研究发现,现有体育赛事管理教材在内容编排上虽各有侧重,但大多涉及竞赛管理、市场营销、组织管理、人力资源管理、财务管理、案例分析、实践教学等领域。认为,体育赛事管理教材内容的筛选应坚持学科知识、学习者需求与当代社会生活经验三者有机结合的原则。通过教师与学生态度的调查分析,确定了我国体育赛事管理教材内容体系中基础理论、实践运行和实践活动设计三个板块,并对构成要素进行分析。Using the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper studies the textbook content system of sports event management. The research finds that the existing sports event management in the teaching material content has its own emphasis, but is mostly related to competition management, marketing, management, human resources management, fi- nancial management, case analysis, practice teaching, etc. It suggests that the sports event management of the teaching materi- als should insist on the organic combination of discipline knowledge, learners demand and the contemporary social life experi- ence. Through the teachers and the students＇ attitude survey and analysis, it determines the basic theory, practical operation and practice design in the teaching material content system and analyses the elements.
