摘  要:随着职业教育的发展,对职业教育师资培养的要求也越来越高,"双师型"、"复合型"职业院校教师已成为职业教育师资培养的发展方向。然而现阶段我国职业技术师范教育的课程设置、教学水平和办学层次不能适应这类人才培养的需求,短期内无法实现"双师型"素质的教师的培养,所以,"双师结构"作为一种补偿性改革方案是一种十分务实的做法,在双师型教师结构视域下,探索教师教育课程的改革是非常有益的。The rapid development of Vocational education raises the higher requirements for vocational teachers' training.The vocational teachers' specialization and double-competency teacher training mode has become the motivational direction of vocational normal education.However,the curriculum setting,teaching standards and education level of polytechnic normal University can not achieve the needs of the double-competency teacher training mode.Therefore,hereby I come up with the curriculum reform of double-competency structure mode.It may gradually lead to the double-competency teacher training mode and promote the new development of vocational education.
