摘　　要：隐性知识是人类知识结构的重要组成部分，教师隐性知识是创新型人才培养的重要内容。挖掘教师的隐性知识的基本内容、基本特点，有针对性地探究教师隐性知识传递途径，建立一套教师隐性知识的创新型人才培养模式，为全面提高人才培养质量服务。Implicit knowledge is a significant component part of human knowledge. Implicit knowledge of teachers is important in the cultivation of innovative talents. Therefore, basic ingredients, fundamental characteristics and transfer mode of teachers＇ implicit knowledge are worthy of more research in the field of basic education, based on which, an innovative talents cultivation model is supposed to be constructed so as to improve the comprehensive quality of talents cultivation.
