摘　　要：本文研究了1,6-己二醇对乳酸脱氢酶_5(LDH_5)的抑制作用。结果发现,在以丙酮酸钠为底物时,1,6-己二醇对LDH_5具有非竞争性抑制作用。其抑制后酶活性百分比对抑制剂浓度作图显示出S形曲线,这表明抑制剂与酶结合显示出正协同效应。结果提示LDH_5具有V系统别构酶性质。In this paper, the inhibition of 1,6-hexanediol on lactate dehydrogenase 5 was studied. The results showed that 1,6-hexanediol expressed noncompetitive inhibition on lactate dehydrogenase 5. The plot of percentage of enzyme activity versus the inhibitor concentration displayed a sigmoidal curve, which revealed that the inhibitor showed positive cooperativity When linking the enzyme. These results indicated that lactate dehydrogenase 5 had the character of V system allosteric enzyme.
