摘　　要：本文采用二甲亚矾(DMSO)诱导近交系615小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞系Hca-F25/CL-16A_3,测定了细胞分化前后胞液磷酸化酶a活性和Ca~(2+)浓度。结果表明,经DMSO促分化后,胞液磷酸化酶a活性明显升高,而胞液Ca~(2+)浓度则显著下降。结果提示,磷酸化酶a在肿瘤细胞分化前后对Ca~(2+)的敏感性不同,不能反映肿瘤细胞胞液Ca~(2+)浓度变化情况。In this paper, DMSO was utilized to induce the differentiation of Hca-F25/CL-16A_3, the ascites hepatoma cell clones of 615 inbreeding strain mice. The activity of cytosolic phosphorylase a and free Ca~(2+) concentration before and after differentiation were determined. The results showed that after differentiation of 16A_3 induced by DMSO, the activity of phosphorylase an obviously increased, while the cytosolic free Ca~(2+) concentration significantly decreased. The results indicated that there was different sensitivity of phosphorylase a to cytosolic Ca~(2+) before and after differentiation induced by DMSO, the activity of phosphorylase a could not reflect the level of cytosolic free Ca~(2+).
