内镜下套扎术联合药物治疗食管静脉曲张出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下套扎术联合药物治疗食管静脉曲张出血(EVB)的临床疗效。方法将2011年1月～2012年6月本院消化内科收治的108例EVB患者分为两组,对照组53例给予内镜下套扎术加抗炎止血药治疗,观察组55例给予内镜下套扎术联合生长抑素、泮托拉唑、普萘洛尔治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组止血成功率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组近期出血再发率和复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下套扎术联合药物是食管静脉曲张出血安全、有效的治疗措施。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic ligation combined with drugs for esophageal varices bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 108 patients diagnose to esophageal varices bleeding from January 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two group. The control group with 53 patients enderwent endoscopic ligation combined with anti-inflammatory and hemostatic drugs, the observation group with 55 petient enderwent endoscopic ligation combined with somatostatin and pantoprazole, and drug treatment with propranolol. Results It was not significantly different of hemostatic success rate between the two group （P 〉 0.05）; While the re-bleeding rate and recurrence rate of esophageal varices in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conelution Endoscopic ligation combined with drugs therapy is safe and effective in treatment esophageal varices bleeding.
