牙列缺损及牙体缺损修复分析

摘　　要：目的探讨圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复治疗牙列缺损及牙体缺损的效果。方法本研究选择的80例患者均来自本院2011年2年～2012年12月门诊的牙列缺损及牙体缺损患者,都采用圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复治疗。结果经过修复后,有效率为97.5%,基牙松动度得到明显改善,与修复前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时修复后的菌斑指数、牙龈指数和牙周袋深度都明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损及牙体缺损临床多见,圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复治疗稳定良好,改善牙齿健康,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of dentition and dental defects by conical telescopic removable denture. Methods Eighty cases with dentition and dental defects treated in our outpatient clinic from February 2011 to December 2012 were selected and repaired by conical telescopic removable denture. Results After repair, the effective rate reached up to 97.5%. The butment looseness was significantly improved, which displayed an obvious difference compared with pretreatment （P 〈 0.05）. Meanwhile, the plaque index, gingival index, and depth of periodontal pocket all remarkably decreased after repair with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The dentition and dental defects are frequently occurred in clinic. The effects of conical telescopic removable denture repair are stable and satisfying. It improves tooth health, and is worthy of extensive application.
