中西医结合治疗40例口腔扁平苔藓临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床效果。方法将口腔扁平苔藓患者80例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组都给予卡介菌多糖注射治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予自拟中药方剂治疗。结果对照组有效率为85.0%,治疗组有效率为97.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前疼痛评分(VAS)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后组间VAS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓具有逆转作用,从而提高治疗疗效,缓解疼痛状况,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in treatment of oral lichen planus： Methods Eighty cases of patients with oral lichen planus were divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） according to the different method of treatment, both the two groups were given BCG polysaccharide injection therapy, traditional Chinese medicine prescription treatment was given to the treatment group on the basis of BCG. Results The effective rate in control group was 85.0%, the effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of VAS in the two groups before treatment was no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, and the difference of VAS in the two groups before treatment was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicines treatment of oral lichen planus has reversal effect and thus improve the therapeutic efficacy, relief the situation of pain, it should be widely applied.
