摘  要:物理诊断学是医学生从基础到临床的一门桥梁课程,学生学习的效果,将直接影响临床课程的学习和今后做临床医生的水平。而一部分成教学生基础比较差、学制短、课时少,给教学带来了一定的困难。为提高教学质量,笔者将病例讨论及程序教学引入成教物理诊断教学中,使课堂教学内容与临床接诊患者后的检查诊断程序相符合,以提高学生的实际诊断能力。Physical diagnosis course is an bridge course from foundation to clinical medicine for medical students. The learning effect of the Physical diagnosis course will directly affect the learning clinical course for medical students and the diagnosis abilities of residents. However, part of the adult-education students' foundation is bad, the eductional systme is short, and with less teaching hours, the above induce more difficulty for the teaching adult education students. To improve the quality of teaching adult, the author introduce the ease discussion and the programmed instruc- tion into our physical diagnosis course. That way make the classroom teaching is consistent with the clinical diagnostic program after clinical overcharge their patients, so that the diagnosis abilities of the adult education students will improve easily.
