NDV/β-榄香烯瘤苗的临床应用及免疫效果的近期评价(附8例报告)

摘　　要：本文首次报道了应用新城鸡疫病毒(NDV)/β-榄香烯瘤苗对8例恶性肿瘤病人进行特异性主动免疫治疗。对瘤苗的临床应用方法、全身和局部反应情况以及近期抗瘤免疫效应等问题作了探讨。8 cancer patients (breast cancer 6, advanced ovary cancer 1 and rectum cancer 1) were treated with NDV/β-elemene tumor cell vaccine (TCV) as a specific active-immunotherapy for the first time. The primary results have shown that the TCV is safe and convenient in clinical application, and effective in rebuilding the impaired T lymphocyte network. In breast cancer patients who have had radical mastectomy, the TCV can help returning the cell-mediated immunity to normal. It is worthy in further study.
