摘　　要：文章在现有的啤酒灌装生产线控制系统的基础上,通过研究设计出一套基于PLC控制的啤酒灌装生产线控制系统。介绍了啤酒灌装生产线的控制要求,以及PLC控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤。并根据监控要求设计了外部设备的电气控制与自动控制线路,主要包括设备的启停、状态信号、故障信号、和信号采集等。Based on the control system of beer filling production line in existence, this paper studies a set of PLC control system for beer filling production line.First, it introduces the control requirement of beer filling production line, the basic principles and steps of struc- ture,working principle and their design of PLC control system hardware.Then, according to the monitoring requirements,it also designs the electrical and automatic control circuit of external equipment, including start and stop, operation signal, fault signal, and signal acquisition of the equipment.
