喜辽妥软膏和硫酸镁治疗鼻咽癌患者化疗所致静脉炎的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较喜辽妥软膏和硫酸镁治疗鼻咽癌患者化疗所致静脉炎的临床效果。方法将60例使用化疗引起静脉炎的患者随机分为喜辽妥组(30例)和硫酸镁组(30例)。喜辽妥组:在患处涂喜辽妥软膏,2次/d,20～30min/次,疗程7d。硫酸镁组:用50%硫酸镁湿热敷静脉局部,2次/d,30min/次,疗程7d,比较两组总有效率及Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级静脉炎治愈天数。结果喜辽妥组总有效率为96.7%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级静脉炎治愈天数分别为(2.02±0.91)、(3.6±0.20)、(3.92±1.12)d;硫酸镁组总有效率为80.0%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级静脉炎治愈天数分别为(2.45±1.22)、(4.07±0.24)、(5.18±2.12)d;喜辽妥组和硫酸镁组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喜辽妥组和硫酸镁组I级静脉炎治愈天数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);喜辽妥组和硫酸镁组Ⅱ、Ⅲ级静脉炎治愈天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜辽妥软膏治疗化疗所致静脉炎的效果优于50%硫酸镁,患者生活质量得到提高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the difference of treatment efficacy between hirudoid cream and magnesium sulfate for chemotherapy induced phlebitis innasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Methods 60 NPC patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 each in the hirudoid cream group and the magnesium sulfate group. The hirudoid cream group were treated with hirudoid ointment per day for 7 days and 20- 30 minutes once; the magnesium sulfate group were treated with 50% magnesium sulfate twice per day for 7 days and 30 minutes once. The treatment total effective rate and curing cycle for I , II , III degree phlebitis were compared. Results The effective rate for hirudoid group was 96.7%, and overall treatment time for healing I , II, III degree phlebitis were （2.02±0. 91）, （3.6±0.20） day and （3.92±1.12） ; the effective rate for the magnesium sulfate group was 80.0%, and overall treatment time for healing I , II , III degree phlebitis were （2.45±1.22）, （4.07±0.24） day and （5. 184-2.12） ; There was no significant difference in overall treatment time for healing 1 degree phlebitis. The hirudoid cream group had shorter time for healing II , III degree phlebitis and better treatment effect than those in the magnesium sulfate group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of hirudoidcream for chemotherapy induced phlebitis is better than magnesium sulfate. Accordingly, the life quality of NPC patients have been improved, it is worth applying for treating chemotherapy induced phlebitis in NPC patients.
