浅谈心源性脑栓塞内科保守治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨采用内科保守治疗心源性脑栓塞患者的治疗效果以及体会。方法:将我院近些年来收治的心源性脑栓塞患者,随机抽取74例作为研究对象,然后把这74例随机分为观察组与对照组采用不同的方法进行治疗,观察组患者37例采用低分子肝素钙治疗的同时加入依达拉奉注射液对其进行治疗,对照组患者37例采用单纯的分子肝素钙对其进行治疗,两组患者在治疗后,对其治疗结果以及并发症进行比较。结果:对照组的37例患者,治疗后的总有效人数为35例,总有效率为94.57%,对照组的37例患者,治疗后的总有效人数为27例,总有效率为72.97%,从结果可以看出,观察组的治疗效果明显高于对照组,且差距较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者与对照组患者在治疗后的不良反应以及并发症相比较没有较大差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:从治疗结果就可以看出,观察组患者采用低分子肝素钙治疗的同时加入依达拉奉注射液对其进行治疗的效果明显高于对照组采用单纯的分子肝素钙对其进行治疗的效果,由此可看出,采用观察组的治疗方法对心源性脑栓塞患者进行治疗,治疗效果较好且安全可靠的。Objective： To analyze and explore the use of conservative treatment of cardiogenic cerebral embolism patient outcomes and experience.Methods：74 cases with cardiogenic cerebral embolism in patients admitted to our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into observation group and control group using a different method of treatment,observation group were 37 cases usinglow molecular weight heparin while adding edaravone injection for treatment and control group of 37 patients using a simple molecular heparin calcium to treatment,two groups of patients after treatment,their treatment results and complications.Results：The control group of 37 patients,after treatment,the total effective number of 35 cases,total effective rate was 94.57%,the total number in the control group of 37 patients after treatment for 27 cases,total effective rate was 72.97 percent,from results can be seen,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher,and the gap between the larger,statistically significant（P0.05）,observed adverse reactions and complications of patients with control patients after treatment compared to The big difference not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin at the same time joined in accordance with the effect of edaravone injection treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group using a simple molecular weight heparin calcium treatment effect,which can be seen,treatment of cardiogenic cerebral embolism in patients using the treatment method of the observation group,the treatment is effective and safe,reliable,and worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
