摘　　要：目的探讨消化性溃疡复发影响因素,旨在为针对性采取预防干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用自编问卷收集我院消化内科2010年12月～2011年12月治疗的500例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,进行为期1年的随访以观察消化性溃疡患者有无复发,采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行描述性分析和二分类Logistic回归分析,以找出消化性溃疡复发影响因素,旨在为针对性采取预防干预措施提供参考依据。结果消化性溃疡复发率较高,多因素Logistic回归分析显示生活规律和患者治疗依从性好是消化性溃疡患者复发的保护因素,感染幽门螺杆菌是消化性溃疡患者复发的危险因素。结论消化性溃疡复发率较高,复发受多方面因素影响,我们应该采取针对性的预防干预措施来降低患者的复发率,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influencing factors of peptic ulcer recurrence, to take targeted prevention interventions provide a reference. Methods Self questionnaire collected in department of gastroenterology of our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011, clinical data of 500 patients with peptic ulcer treatment, a 1-year follow-up of patients with peptic ulcer to observe whether the recurrence SPSS19.0 statistical software for the analysis and classification of descriptive Logistic regression analysis to find out the influencing factors of peptic ulcer recurrence, and provide a reference to take targeted prevention interventions. Results Peptic ulcer recurrence rate was high, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the patterns of life and patient treatment compliance protective factors for recurrence of peptic ulcer patients infected with helicobaeter pylori was a risk factor for recurrence of peptic ulcer patients. Conclusion Higher recurrence rate of peptic ulcer recurrence affected by various factors, we should adopt targeted prevention interventions to reduce the relapse rate of patients and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
