摘　　要：目的调查分析影响社区轻度认知功能损害的老年人认知减退的相关因素。方法纳入调查的轻度认知功能损害老年人与无轻度认知功能损害老年人各146例,分析可能影响轻度认知功能损害老年人认知减退的相关因素。结果多因素回归分析显示,常读书看报、常做家务、性格外向是保护因素,体力劳动、吸烟、喜欢呆在家里、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、脑血栓、脑出血、收缩压增高、TC、ApoEε4、雌激素是危险因素。结论影响轻度认知功能损害的因素比较多,了解这些影响因素,及时进行干预,可以提高患者的生活质量。Objective To survey influencing factors research of cognitive decline of mild cognitive impairment of the seniors. Methods Selected 164 cases with mild cognitive impairment and 146 cases without mild cognitive impairment, influencing factors of cognitive decline of mild cognitive impairment were analyzed. Results Multi-factor regression analysis showed often reading books and newspapers, often do the housework, extroversion were protective factor, and manual labour, smoking, staying at home, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral hemorrhage, SBP, TC, ApoEs4, estrogen were risk factors. Conclusion Influencing factors of cognitive decline of mild cognitive impairment are many. To know there factors, intervene in time, improve quality of life.
