摘　　要：对于功能区胶质瘤手术来说,最大程度切除肿瘤的同时最大限度地保留功能一直是我们追求的目标,术中皮层及皮层下电刺激技术可以在术中准确定位脑功能区及皮层下纤维束并提供实时反馈,为达到手术效果提供保障。本文就这一技术的具体实施方法、在功能区胶质瘤手术的应用现状、安全性、可能引发的并发症、麻醉相关问题及局限等问题作一综述。For functional area glioma surgery, the maximum extent of tumor resection and the maximum reservation of functional area has always been our goal. Intraoperative cortical and subeortical electrical stimulation can accurately locate the brain functional region and subcortical fiber bundles and provide real-time feedback in order to ensure the expected surgical effect. This paper summarizes the specific implementation methods of this technique and its application status and safety, potential complications, anesthesia-related issues and limitations in functional area glioma surgery.
