晚期食道癌治疗中采用替吉奥同步放化疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的调查研究替吉奥同步化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将58例食管癌晚期患者分成治疗组和对照组各29例,给予两组正常的三维适形放射治疗,治疗组在此基础上服用替吉奥60 mg/m2,一天2次,连续服用2周。结果治疗组和对照组的疗效总有效率为82.7%和44.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者两年内生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。毒副作用比较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者在治疗过程中都未出现不良反应。结论替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放射治疗晚期食管癌可有效提高治疗效果,减轻不良反应,是一种较为安全、有效的治疗方法,值得在临床上进一步推广运用。Objective To investigate clinical effect of TS-1 synchronous chemotherapy treatment for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Advanced esophageal cancer patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, 29 for each group, normal three dimensional conformal radiation therapy were given to control and treatment group, and the treatment group was given TS-1 60 mg/m^2.2.d for 2 weeks. Results The curative effect rate of treatment group and control group was 82.7% and 44.8%, P 〈0.01. the survival of two groups patients had significant difference （P 〈 0.01）, and the side effects more, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion TS-1 combined three dimensional conformal radiation therapy for advanced esophageal cancer can effectively improve the treatment effect, to reduce the side effect, is a relatively safe and effective treatment, it is worth to further promote.
