摘 要:实践教学是达成工程管理专业的培养目标、提升学生专业能力与综合素质、提高教学质量的关键。调查发现,学生对实践教学效果的整体满意度较高且比较均衡,对工程管理专业实践教学态度、实践教学考核、实践教学地点的满意度较好。通过回归分析发现,男生与录取时是第一志愿或第二志愿的学生对工程管理实践教学的满意度更高,对实践教学环节知晓度越高的学生满意度越高。这些发现对提升工程管理专业实践教学质量与水平有较大的帮助。Practiee teaching is important for the training goal realization of engineering management, the improvement of students' professional abilities and comprehensive qualities, and the enhancement of teaching quality. Our survey shows that the students are generally satis- fied with the overall practice teaching effects as well as the practice teaching attitude, as- sessment and locations. The regression analysis shows that those boys whose first or sec- ond choice is engineering management are generally satisfied with the practice teaching effects and that the more they know the teaching stages, the more satisfied they are. The findings are helpful for the improvement of practice teaching quality of engineering major.
