摘 要:三维曲面加工是通过刀具扫掠包络面逼近设计曲面来实现的。针对侧铣加工,提出一般回转刀具扫掠体包络面的双参数球族包络表示方法,建立刀具包络面及其第一和第二基本型的解析表达式。定义两种用于评价设计曲面与包络曲面之间偏差的法向误差函数,并推导出其关于刀具回转面和刀轴轨迹面形状控制参数的一阶梯度表达式,在此基础上提出了刀具扫掠包络面最佳逼近设计曲面的扫掠造型方法,为研究五轴侧铣加工所关心的各类运动几何学问题提供了理论框架。侧铣加工离散刀位优化的应用实例验证了所提方法的有效性。By representing the surface of revolution as a canal surface, an approach is presented to explicitly compute the swept envelope of a general rotary cutter and its first and second fundamental forms. Following the ANSI and ISO standards, two indices are defined to measure the normal deviation between the cutter envelope surface and the design surface, and their first order differential increments with respect to the differential deformations of both the tool surface and the tool axis trajectory surface are derived. These results provide a theoretical framework for design of the tool envelope surface that best matches the workpiece surface, and find many applications in the geometric problems rising from five-axis flank milling. Two examples of cutter location optimization are given to confirm the validity of the proposed methodology.
