膜引导组织再生术在修复面神经缺损中应用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察膜引导组织再生术在修复面神经缺损中的作用。方法 :将膜引导组织再生术用于家兔面神经缺损模型 ,以自体神经移植为对照 ,通过电生理学和组织病理学方法 ,观察膜引导组织再生术修复面神经的效果。结果 :膜引导组织再生术除在早期修复速度方面略有差距外 ,可获得与自体神经移植相同的效果。结论Objective:To determine whether the guided tissue regeneration technique is effective on the repair of facial nerve defect. Methods:Guided tissue regeneration (GTR)technique was used to repair facial nerve defect in rabbits with nerve transplantation as control. Results:The electrophysiological and pathological observation showed that GTR could induce regeneration of peripheral nerve and had similar effect of repairing facial nerve to that of nerve transplantation except for the slower speed at the early stage of repair.GTR also had such advantages that the membrane material is easy to obtain and use. Conclusion:Since GTR is nearly as effective as nerve transplantation in repairing facial nerve,it may become a new method for repairing facial nerve defect.
