细胞因子基因在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨细胞因子在脑胶质瘤发生及发展中的作用。方法 :采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT PCR)方法测定 5种细胞因子基因在人脑胶质瘤中的表达。结果 :介导体液免疫的细胞因子 (IL 4、IL 6、IL 10 )基因呈优势表达 ,而介导细胞免疫的细胞因子 (IL 2、IFNγ)基因呈劣势表达。结论Objective:To investigate the function of cytokines in the occurring and developing of human glioma. Methods:RT PCR method was used to detect the expression of five kinds of cytokines in human glioma. Results:The data showed that the cytokines(IL 4,IL 6,IL 10)mediating humoral immunology were in predominant expression,the cytokine(IL 2,IFNγ)mediating cellular immunology were in low expression. Conclusion:The result suggested that the switching of two kinds cytokines in human glioma may play an important role in the immunosuppressive status in patients with glioma.
