摘　　要：通过对会展主办方、承办方、设计搭建商、场馆、物流、代理等不同类型会展企业的调查分析,得出上海会展业如今面临制约其发展的人才瓶颈问题是专业人才有了量的改善而"专才"却又匮乏,从业人员规模不小而学科背景学历层次差异较大,从业人员职业素养大有改善而实际操作技能依然薄弱。以上调查结果可为会展行业人才发展的规划提供依据。It can be seen that Shanghai Meetings Incentives Conventions Exhibitions （MICE） industry is facing a bottleneck problem which could restrict its self-development. Research was made by the surveys among different types of exhibition enterprises, for example, exhibition sponsors and organizers, exhibition designers and producers, exhibition hall management, logistics, agents, etc. There is an increase in the number of professionals, but the industry still lacks qualified specialists. Practitioners, though large in number, show a great difference in their educational backgrounds and academic qualifications. Practitioners also have had improvement in occupational quality, but their practical skills are still weak. The investigation results can offer a foundation for the development plan of MICE industry.
