食管癌组织BRCA1和β-tubulin Ⅲ的表达与紫杉醇疗效的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:检测食管癌组织BRCA1、β-tubulin Ⅲ的表达水平,探讨其与紫杉醇疗效的关系。方法:用免疫组化检测肿瘤组织中BRCA1和β-tubulin Ⅲ的蛋白表达水平,分析表达与疗效之间的关系。结果:BRCA1的高表达率为47%,BRCA1高表达组化疗有效率为57%、低表达组的化疗有效率为63%,两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.673);β-tubulinⅢ的高表达率为57%,β-tubulin Ⅲ高表达组的化疗有效率41%、低表达组化疗有效率85%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:β-tubulin Ⅲ可以作为紫杉类在晚期食管癌中疗效的预测因子,β-tubulin Ⅲ低表达的食管癌患者是紫杉类化疗的最适人群。本研究未体现出BRCA1的预测作用。Objective To detect the expression levels of BRCA1 and β-tubulin Ⅲ in esophageal cancer and to explore the association of the expressions with the efficacy of taxane.Methods The expression levels of BRCA1 and β-tubulin Ⅲ proteins were detected by immnohistochemistry.The association of the expressions with the efficacy of taxane was analyzed.Results The rate of higher expression was 47% in BRCA1.The response rate of chemotherapy did not differ significantly between the patients with higher expression of BRCA1 and those with lower BRCA1 expression（57% vs.63%,P = 0.673）.There was a significant difference between the group with hgier β-tubulin Ⅲ expression and the group with lower expression（41% vs.85%,P = 0.002）.Conclusions β-tubulin Ⅲ can be a predictor for the efficacy of taxane-based chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Chemotherapy with taxane is most suitable for esophageal cancer patients with lowerβ-tubulin Ⅲ expression.
