摘  要:针对目前通风机的倒机方式存在的弊端,设计以S7-300 PLC为控制核心的通风机不停风自动倒机智能监控系统。该系统可以对通风机各项参数进行实时监视,还可以由PLC引导自动完成通风机倒机过程,提高了矿井通风的安全性。实际应用表明,该设计方案有效地解决了通风机倒机时带来的瓦斯超限等安全隐患问题。According to the disadvantages existed in the reversing way of the present ventilator, a intelligent monitoring and control system of an automatic reversing without stopping ventilation of the ventilator was designed with S7 - 300 PLC as the control key. The system could have a real time monitoring on each parameter of the ventilator. The PLC could be applied to guide the automatic completed reversing process of the ventilator and the mine ventilation safety could be improved. The actual application showed that the design plan could effectively solve the gas content over limit and other safety dangers occurred by the reversing of the ventilator.
