摘　　要：高等学校本科教学团队是建设高水平师资队伍和提高本科教学质量的新平台。通过建设电工电子系列课程教学团队,提高了教师的教学和科研水平,形成了以科研推动教学,教学促进科研的有效机制;进行了教学改革和创新,通过开展科技创新、创业基金和学科竞赛活动,促进了"创新意识突出、创业能力强"的双创性专业技术人才培养。Undergraduate teaching team in institution of higher education provided a new plat to construct high level teaching procession and to improve undergraduate teaching quality . From constructing teaching team in electrics and electronics series course,teacher＇s teaching and scientific investigation level was improved,the effective system was formed that teaching holds great promise for scientific investigation, and scientific investigation holds great promise for teaching. From teaching reform and innovate, series activity such as innovation through science and technology,fund of carve out a career,subject competition,The technical personnel of innovation and carve out a career with the prominent innovative ideology and the high imbark spirit training cultivate are promoted.
