摘  要:介绍了植物油进行催化加氢生产优质柴油的工艺技术,对工艺条件、催化剂体系稳定性和原料适应性分别进行了系统考察。试验结果表明:选择合适的催化剂体系,合理的工艺条件,可以实现植物油催化加氢生产优质柴油,同时保证长周期平稳运行,而且,对原料油具有良好的适应性,具有很好的应用前景。The technology to produce high-quality diesel from vegetable oil by catalytic hydrogenation was introduced. Process condition, catalyst system and foodstuff adaptability were systemically investigated. The results indicate that optimal catalyst system and process conditions are the key to produce high-quality diesel from vegetable oil by catalytic hydrogenation, and make the process keep stable running at long term; The process technology has good foodstuff adoptability, so it has better application prospective.
