摘　　要：加强高校党外代表人士队伍建设是高校统战工作的重点。本文以大连医科大学党外代表人士队伍建设为例,结合高校党外代表人士的特点及队伍建设中存在的问题,提出做好高校党外代表人士队伍建设工作的措施和建议。It has been the focus of the united front work in universities to strengthen the team construction of non-Party representatives. This thesis takes Dalian Medical University as a case study, combining with the characteristics of non-Party representatives and the problems in team construction, presents measures and proposals on constructing the team of non-Party representatives.
