大学生英语自主学习能力的培养

摘　　要：从自主学习的相关理论入手,通过分析当前大学生的英语学习能力和英语学科的特点,提出了大学生自主学习能力的培养策略。在英语学习中,教师应激发学生的学习动机、开发其自主学习的思维潜能、培训和指导学生的自主学习策略,并借助改善教学评估体系来提高学生的自我效能。这些培养策略的应用有效地提高了学生自主学习的能力,也对教师提出了更高的要求。This paper presents the cultivation tactics of the self-regulated learning capability among college students. It starts with theo- ries related to learner autonomy, analysis of the existing level of students＇ learning autonomy and characteristics of English subject. In the process of English learning, teachers should stimulate students＇ learning motive, develop their thinking potential, train and instruct their autonomous strategies, and enhance their self-efficacy by improving teaching assessment system. The application of these tactics is effective in promoting the capabilities of learner autonomy, but it means much higher requirement for teachers.
